These terms govern the use of Shorts Factory ("the app"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Google Privacy Policy.
The app is a private tool used only by its operator to manage their own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, and no accounts are offered to third parties.
All videos published through the app are original animated works created for the operator's channel. The app must not be used to upload content that infringes copyright, violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, or misleads viewers.
Access granted to the app can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
